Product-use terms for a tool that helps founders plan and review cash, founder pay, and operating reserves.
Planning tool, not professional advice
Spendict produces planning estimates from the information you enter. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice. Confirm decisions with the appropriate professional when needed.
Your information
You are responsible for the figures you enter, import, and reconcile. Keep exported backups private.
Subscriptions and cancellation
When paid subscriptions are available, the selected price, billing interval and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Use Manage billing in Data & accounts to view invoices, update payment details or cancel. A period-end cancellation keeps access through the paid period. Saved plans remain available to read and download when paid access ends.
Billing support
For billing or refund questions, contact support. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Availability and changes
The product may change as it develops. We will not represent estimates, manual entries, or achievements as independently verified financial facts.
Sharing
Achievement cards are downloads. Spendict does not create public pages or post to social platforms for you.
